DairyNZ FarmTune 2023 programme
Looking to do things easier, better, faster and safer?
FarmTune® is DairyNZ’s Lean Management programme specially developed for dairy farmers. For more information see https://www.dairynz.co.nz/business/farmtune
FarmTune® involves 5 interactive workshops, with a strong focus on practical tools and resources which will improve your farm business from the first day.
For best results, the whole farm team needs to attend the workshops and learn alongside each other and other farmers.
The workshops are three to three and half hours each and run between milkings over a three month period (February, March and April).
FarmTune® is a work programme and you’ll benefit most if you commit to implementing what you learn on farm. This requires time and focus but you will quickly see the benefits. It is important that you can commit to attending all workshops, engaging the whole farm team and making time to implement what you learn on farm between workshops.

Investment
The investment for each farm team attending FarmTune® is $3,800 plus GST per farm (not per person). NZTE capability development funding may be available for eligible businesses which will subsidise up to 50% of this cost. Further information on NZTE funding will be provided once you register.
Note there are a maximum of 6 farm spaces per course.
